​​​​You will be the main administrative support for Heads of School in the school. You will establish excellent relationships with our parents and guardians and frequently communicate with home. On a daily basis you will support learners and be involved in the whole life of the school. 




  • Monitor attendance and lateness 

  • Liaise with families /guardians and outside agencies

  • Record keeping 

  • Support our learners in their daily lives and with calendared events 

  • Ensure all duties are covered across the school as required

  • Support Heads of School as directed 

  • Provide support with the administration of safeguarding learners 

  • Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.

  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link




​​​​​​​I arrive at 7.50am and learners arrive from 8am. I help to set up a meeting with parents for the Heads of School. I check attendance and follow up with Learner Services team if we have any unexplained absences for our vulnerable learners. I make a few phone calls home to chat with parents and caregivers to see how new learners have settled in this week. I take my lunch early and sit with a Year Leader to discuss strategies to support the return of a learner with medical need. In the afternoon I meet with the counsellor to check the documentation needed for an up and coming safeguarding committee meeting. After-school I prepare some resources that have been requested to support with a whole school professional development training taking place the next day. Before leaving at the end of the day I check in with the Head of School to see if they need any help and anticipate the next day’s needs.



  • Ability to work alongside adults and learners age 3-18 years

  • Prior knowledge of child protection practice in Singapore an advantage

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Competent using different digital platforms 

  • Self directed and takes initiative

  • Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through 

  • Creative approach to tasks where appropriate
