Senior Digital Designer

You will report to the Digital, Technology and Content department, working closely with the Head of Creative Content as well as the Head of Digital and Technology to create digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, mobile apps, advertising, animation, emails, social media, video games, and interactive displays. You will be responsible for the conceptualization and managing of resources to ensure that the assets are delivered on time, in the best possible quality, meet our brand requirements and are aligned with our creative direction.


You need to be a go-getter that is creative and passionate about creating creative assets and driven by a desire to constantly learn. You will need to understand digital platforms, creative workflows and technologies.



  • Create, manage, and produce digital design solutions for (but not limited to) social media, websites, product graphics, email templates, graphics, brand campaigns, and photography
  • To interpret the team’s concepts into a design for an effective user experience
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to execute a project from conceptualization to completion
  • Set standards for the quality of creative deliverables while maintaining excellent communication with the team
  • Lead a team of designers through creative direction
  • Guide/mentor and oversee the work of junior designers
  • Archiving RAW and completed projects according to given standards
  • Manage and work across multiple projects to reach assigned deadlines
  • Brainstorming and pitching creative solutions/ideas
  • Problem solve and offer solutions related to digital visuals/content
  • Keep up to date with the ever-shifting social media landscape & digital mediums
  • Maintain the organization’s equipment, ensuring that the equipment stays in reliable condition; this position is also responsible for researching and suggesting upgrades/purchases when needed
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time




A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in anything Design, Media, Communications or Art related



A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in design, illustration & motion graphics as well as 1-2 years of leading a team is a must. Creative experience must be backed by a strong portfolio. Overseas exposure is highly rated.



  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Agile at brainstorming, coming up with custom graphics to transmit ideas across digital platforms
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, and high-quality work ethic
  • Must be resourceful and have high attention to detail
  • Must be able to problem-solve and internalize feedback to incorporate into future projects
  • Ability to operate under deadline and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly self-motivated and have experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and adapt quickly and be excited to expand his/her skills
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Experience in these areas is a major plus: Copywriting, Photography and/or Videography.
