About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Taylor's Education Group in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential.

Expected start date : August 2025

What you'll be doing

• Assisting teachers in the classroom with lesson planning, delivery and evaluation

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs

• Implementing individualised education plans and tracking student progress

• Adapting teaching materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of students

• Collaborating with teachers, parents and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students

• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall functioning of the school

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications or experience in teaching, education or a related field

• A passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers and parents

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
