About the Role

Taylor's International School Puchong is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to teach IGCSE Business with Economics.

As a member of our teaching team, you will inspire students to achieve their full potential while delivering high-quality learning experiences aligned with the School's educational philosophy and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for IGCSE Business with Economics.

• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and appropriate teaching resources.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

• Integrate ICT and digital learning tools to enhance teaching and learning.

• Assess, monitor and report on students' academic progress and achievement.

• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

• Serve as a Homeroom Tutor, providing pastoral care and monitoring students' wellbeing and personal development.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and wellbeing.

• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.

• Participate actively in school events, meetings, professional development and co-curricular activities.

• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Education or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in a school environment.

• Recent teaching experience in an international school will be an added advantage.

• Experience delivering the Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum.

• Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.
