Taylor’s International School Puchong is seeking a passionate and dedicated English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher to join our Primary team. We are looking for an educator who is committed to inspiring young learners, supporting language development, and contributing to a vibrant and inclusive learning community.

What You Will Do

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
• Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
• Support language development through class-based, small-group, and one-to-one teaching.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and achievements.
• Provide guidance, support, and pastoral care to ensure students’ well-being.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning practices.
• Contribute to school events, activities, and the wider school community.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Education (or related field).
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a school environment.
• Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills, with adaptability and a passion for education.
• A passion for multilingual development and translanguaging approaches.
