About the Role

Taylor’s International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to inspiring young minds, nurturing student growth, and contributing to a vibrant learning community through a strong understanding of continuous provision.

What You Will Do

• Deliver engaging lessons and child-initiated learning opportunities tailored to meet students’ diverse needs.

• Design and manage a continuous provision environment that encourages independence and exploration.

• Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and enhancements for the learning environment.

• Integrate technology and innovative methods to support and document early years development.

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress through regular observations.

• Provide guidance, support, and pastoral care to ensure students’ well-being.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning practices.

• Contribute to school events, activities, and the wider school community.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Education (or related field).

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment.

• Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Practical experience implementing continuous provision in an Early Years setting.

• Adaptability and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
