Our school offers an English curriculum with a Malaysian flavour, and is located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, catering to students from Early Years through to Year 11. The school is part of Taylor’s Education Group, Malaysia’s premier private education group which operates Taylor’s International School Kuala Lumpur, together with Garden International School, and Nexus International Schools (in Malaysia and Singapore), The Australian International School in Malaysia, as well as Taylor’s University. With a current enrolment of nearly 1200 (with over 30 different nationalities), approximately 7% of teachers at the school are expatriates; with the remainder of the teachers being Malaysian. The curriculum is so much more than just academic lessons and the school places emphasis not only on academic excellence, but on character building, performing as well as physical health and development. The school’s purpose statement is to “educate the youth of the world to take their productive place as leaders in the global community”, which encapsulates its holistic approach to education.
