We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Secondary who can lead the secondary school in delivering a truly outstanding international educational experience for its students. Reporting to the Principal, the Head of Secondary will work closely with the Head of Primary and the Secondary leadership team. The Head of Secondary is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Secondary School and is accountable to the Principal for delivering the highest standard of education and guidance, using the purpose statement and student outcomes given earlier.

Taylor’s International School Puchong (TISPC) is one of two campuses of Taylor’s International Schools (TIS) in Malaysia. TIS is part of Taylor’s Schools (TS, https://www.taylorsschools.com/), one of the largest private K-12 schools’ groups in Malaysia, currently with five schools in Malaysia and one in Singapore. TS has been educating children for over 20 years and continues to nurture new generations of students today. Each of our schools offers its own unique approach to learning and are connected by a common purpose, which is to educate the youth of the world to take their productive place as leaders in the global community. TISPC offers a global learning experience through the English National Curriculum using the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and IGCSE. TIS has been accredited as the first Quantum Learning Distinguished School in the world by the Quantum Learning Network, one of the most effective teacher development programmes from the United States of America. Quantum Learning provides strategies for the teaching staff (the majority of whom are Malaysian) to have the greatest impact on student learning and understanding, and has been hugely successful since its implementation.

The TIS brand has a clear ethos, and structure, by which all schools will deliver holistic education. These schools are termed neighbourhood international curriculum schools, as they offer the “best of east and west” - western curriculum with eastern values, by offering an international education with character building to all students.
