We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The Learning & Development Manager has the overall responsibility for building the learning culture within the organization. This position is highly influential and visible to the senior management team as this is a key priority within the organization.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

•    Establish overall learning organizational learning roadmap and strategy, including but not limited to learning academies and tracks for different levels of employees within the organization.
•    Curate skill-based learning pathways for different levels of the organization, ranging from leadership, talent, function-specific, temporal-specific to enable employees to work effectively and productively.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, department heads, and senior leadership, to align learning and development initiatives with organizational priorities.
•    Lead a team of learning professionals (internal and external) to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives and programs.
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and performance indicators, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement
•    Stay current on industry trends, best practices and technologies in learning and development to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCES

•     Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience in Learning and Development activities.
•    Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning initiatives that have a measurable impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
•    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
