We are looking for a Rewards Analyst with experience in rewards delivery and operations, and a strong background in compensation, incentive plan, and employee benefits management. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing total rewards programs across all employee groups and serving as a Rewards Partner for Institution People & Culture colleagues, managing the day-to-day administration of these programs. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the employee experience, as total rewards are integral to key moments in our employees’ career journeys at Taylor’s.
The ideal candidate should possess a creative approach to problem-solving, a structured thought process, and sound judgment grounded in policy guidelines.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
• Support the Head of Rewards in implementing total rewards initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices, addressing financial, physical, and social well-being considerations.
• Govern compensation and benefits policies by providing sound advice to People & Culture colleagues, line managers, and the leadership team on total rewards programs.
• Execute the annual compensation cycle, including the review of base pay, incentive payouts, and recognition programs.
• Lead the enhancement of employee benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with employee needs and company objectives.
• Advise colleagues at different levels across the organization on benefits programs, ensuring all employees are cared for fairly and receive appropriate support aligned with TEG’s principles of care and excellence.
• Facilitate discussions on areas of improvement based on employee engagement surveys and feedback from colleagues across the organization.
• Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues and Finance teams to forecast and budget for compensation and benefits expenses.
• Act as the liaison between Taylor’s Education Group and external benefits partners, ensuring the effective delivery of benefits programs to employees across all institutions.
• Integrate technology solutions into compensation and benefits administration processes to enhance efficiency and improve manager and employee experiences.

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Excel, Power BI
• Data literacy in reading market reports & economics data
• Knowledge of job matching or job evaluation methodology i.e. WTW GGS or Mercer IPE

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCES
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in total rewards planning, benchmarking and rolling-out of new benefits programs, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within established deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with total rewards communication.
• Exposure to regional benefits and statutory requirements across the ASEAN region would be beneficial.
• Experience integrating technology solutions to streamline compensation and benefits administration processes and enhance employee experience.
