JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition is responsible to lead in executing the right recruitment initiatives in order to attract academic top talents from Lecturer up to Professorial role for the University.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Source and attract applicants by placing job advertisements and conducting passive searches / headhunting via SAP Success Factor Recruitment Module, LinkedIn, and other job boards / websites.
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules and attending to candidates.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees. Additional external review requests for Associate Professor and Professorial candidates .Manage the offer process by preparing salary tabulation, extension of offer to candidate and managing negotiations when needed.
  • Updating and maintaining a monthly recruitment tracker
  • Maintain a resume database / talent pipeline of potential candidates for high turnover or key positions

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 5 years of working experience in a recruitment function or an executive search recruitment role
  • Able to handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid management roles.
  • Able to do research and talent mapping is a strong plus point
  • Possess a high level of integrity and able to handle confidential matters
  • Good planning / organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to interact with stakeholders, colleagues, business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
