Senior Executive - International Partnership
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Executive – Institutional Partnership is responsible to assist the establishment of the articulation/ feeder institution agreements and also the development of external offshore delivery opportunities. The role is focused in identifying and developing potential offshore partners that can support the growth and development of Taylor’s University. It also involves the initial phase of liaising with Schools and support units at TU and connecting them with the potential external partner.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
External role
• Conduct research on potential countries, partner and programmes.
• Identify and develop a network of feeder partners for Schools within TU to develop articulation / advance standing agreements.
• Work with potential partners and Schools to establish the best type of collaboration • Assist in generate MOUs and MOAs in consultation with the Legal department.
• Be involved in negotiation and renegotiation of agreements and renewal of contracts. Internal Role
• Work closely with the Schools and other relevant departments to determine which TU programmes can be offered offshore.
• Coordinate with the relevant schools for audits and moderation as per agreements.
• Undertake detailed risk, market and financial assessments and comprehensive due diligence activities.
MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Degree / Masters in Business /Management/Marketing / Public Relations or related discipline
RELATED EXPERIENCE
He/ She should have experience in marketing, business development and in working with education institutions in foreign countries and proven successful track record. He/ She should also have experience of assisting and coordinating the implementation of plans through working in collaboration with others.
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
• Familiar with Higher Education products customer profiling and competitor profiling
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all phases of Strong Business Acumen, Strategic and Sales
• Knowledge and skills in using computer software. E.g. Microsoft software applications.
