The Senior Executive supports day-to-day operations of the faculty / programme(s), organize and maintain files and records in the system. He or She also assists in scheduling periodical meetings, coordinate school’s events and ensure compliance and maintenance of academic programmes.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all programmes related to the school & programmes given and as determined by your reporting head.
  • Ensure accuracy of system support set up for school.
  • External stakeholder’s engagement coordination partner universities & Industry partners
  • Preparation of timely and accurate reports and statistics & data management for the faculty & schools for decision making
  • Coordinating workload planning along with programme directors and assist in finalizing timetable.
  • Coordinate meetings & minutes for the faculty and schools during School Programme Committee (SPC) Industry Advisory Panel (IAP), disciplinary committee meetings (SDC) & faculty/school level meetings.
  • Assist the school in coordination of Business Plan
  • Assist the school in raising IRF & financial documentation which are related to school payments & invoicing.
  • Assist school academics in admin related aspects of CURATE
  • Assist school in maintaining Faculty Risk Register
  • Monitor student progression academically
  • Coordinate the administration of external examiners/Adjunct & Visiting appointment process
  • Students appeal Investigation and documentation
  • Provide academic administration support for Internal & External audits
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor Degree or its equivalent

RELATED EXPERIENCE

Preferably at least two (2) years of working experience in an educational institution.
