Senior Executive - Accreditation

JOB PURPOSE

To support the coordination of the operational aspects of accreditation processes, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with requirements, and timely submission of accreditation applications.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accreditation Operations

  • Coordinate preparation and submission of Taylor’s University’s Provisional Accreditation, Full Accreditation, Compliance Evaluations, Programme Change submissions, Programme Monitoring documentation; Professional Programme Accreditation submissions, and Taylor’s College Accreditation submissions.

2. Documentation & Quality Control

  • Compile, format, and review accreditation documents.
  • Ensure documents comply with required templates and formats.
  • Maintain accreditation records and submission databases.

3. Coordination with Schools

  • Work closely with School Liaison Officer.
  • Follow up on missing information and supporting evidence.
  • Provide guidance on documentation requirements.

4. Monitoring & Administrative Support

  • Track deadlines and submission timelines.
  • Support accreditation visits, meetings, and audit activities.
  • Prepare progress updates and operational reports.

5. Any other tasks assigned by the Department superior(s) from time to time.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Possess a minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 - 3 years' experience in academic administration.
  • Proven track record in educational quality assurance, internal quality audit or a related field.
  • Knowledge of MOHE, MQA or professional body's requirements is an advantage.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support data-driven monitoring, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Establish contacts, maintain rapport and relationships with educational institutions, Government Agencies, professional bodies, relevant bodies, or associates at an acceptable level.
