We are seeking an Senior Associate, Learning & Development, who is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives that enhance workforce capability, drive a learning culture, and align with the organization's strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, managing learning programs, leveraging digital learning platforms, and tracking learning effectiveness through data-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
- Design and implement comprehensive learning programs across leadership development, professional skills, and technical upskilling (including AI/digital literacy) through diverse delivery modalities including cohort-based workshops, self-paced online learning and blended experiences.
- Conduct learning needs analysis (LNA) to identify skill gaps, align programs with business objectives, and serve as a key contact for employee development.
- Manage learning operations and logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, LMS administration, and tracking enrollments and feedback.
- Analyze learning data and measure impact by collecting learner and stakeholder feedback, generating key insights through Power BI dashboards, and creating strategic communications (decks, reports, infographics) that clearly articulate program outcomes and ROI to drive continuous improvements and stakeholder buy-in
- Curate and integrate digital learning content from platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, DataCamp, and Nature Masterclass to enhance internal programs.
- Foster a strong learning culture by promoting learning opportunities, encouraging peer mentoring, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
DESIRED EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Learning and Development activities.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning initiatives that have a measurable impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with LMS- SF and CSOD, digital learning platforms, or e-learning content curation is a plus.
