JOB PURPOSE
The Program Director is responsible for leading the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of Taylor's Community's CSR, ESG and community impact programmes. The role oversees programme delivery, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, reporting and team coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Programme Leadership
• Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of CSR, ESG and community impact programmes.
• Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with organisational priorities.
• Monitor programme performance and recommend continuous improvements.

2. Team Leadership & Resource Management
• Lead, coach and support the programme team to achieve departmental goals.
• Plan and allocate team resources, workload and priorities.
• Monitor team productivity through regular check-ins, progress reviews and effective project coordination.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

3. Project & Operations Management
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective planning, coordination and timely execution.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets and reporting.
• Support the implementation of practical project management practices and operational processes.

4. Stakeholder & Beneficiary Management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, partners, sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned programmes and partnerships.

5. Communications & Events
• Support communication, marketing and storytelling initiatives across digital platforms and publications.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, workshops and community programmes.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Business, Communications, Project Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Project Management, ESG or Sustainability is an added advantage.

RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in programme management, CSR, ESG, sustainability or community development.
• Experience managing projects, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in partnership development and report preparation is an advantage.

• Ability to lead teams, coordinate resources and drive programme delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
