We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Principal to lead the launch and growth of its new, affordable, high-quality K-12 campus in Klang Valley. Key Expectations

Academic Leadership
1.    Provide curricular leadership by guiding and managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s curriculum to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals, adherence to international educational standards, and effectively meet the needs of students. 
2.    Fostering of a challenging, effective and holistic international educational experience for students with the goal of exceptional academic outcomes.
3.    Develop and implement a pragmatic program of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, catering to diverse student interests and promoting holistic development. 
4.    Establish the School Leadership Team to regularly review the educational practice, relevant curriculum content and assessment of educational quality. 
5.    Recruit, orientate, develop, and mentor a diverse team of experienced teachers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
6.    Develop a systematic methodology to monitor and evaluate student progress and support individual student needs to ensure academic success.
7.    Oversee the development and implementation of the school master calendar.
8.    Supervise and approve student field trips, school assemblies, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events.
9.    Responsible for the production of the teacher and student handbook.

Strategic Leadership
1.    Collaborate with TEG leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the establishment of new school(s).
2.    Establish a strong brand identity and value proposition for the new brand, attracting students and families seeking affordable, high-quality education.
3.    Identify and implement growth opportunities, including potential expansion to new locations or the addition of new programs.
4.    Responsible to obtain and maintain the school accreditations.
5.    Any other duties as assigned by the President of TEPL.

Operational Leadership
1.    Oversee the school's budget and operations, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation to support academic and co-curricular programs.
2.    Manage the Admissions and Marketing team to actively promote the school to drive student enrolment.
3.    Establish policies and procedures and regularly review the need for changes.
4.    Ensure the maintenance of permanent records.

Community Engagement & Partnerships
1.    Build strong relationships with parents, fostering open communication and collaboration to support student success.
2.    Engage with local community organizations and businesses, creating partnerships that enrich the educational experience for students.
3.    Represent the school at public events and within the broader educational community, building awareness and support for the new brand.

Qualifications & Experience
1.    Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
2.    Proven track record of successful leadership experience in a K-12 school setting.
3.    Deep understanding of the Malaysian education system and the Cambridge curriculum.
4.    Experience implementing innovative educational models, including hybrid or blended learning.
5.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6.    Fluency in English

Additional Desirable Qualifications
1.    Experience working in international schools or with international curricula.
2.    Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
3.    Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets and operations.
