People Technology Specialist
JOB PURPOSE
Directly reporting to the Head of Rewards, the People Technology Specialist will serve as the primary system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring efficient management, configuration, and optimization of all SAP SuccessFactors modules related to People & Culture team’s operations. The role focuses on designing and digitalizing workflows to enhance process automation and operational efficiency, while ensuring data accuracy for all data users. Additionally, the People Technology Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, training, and support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors within the organization.
KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as the primary system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave, Compensation and other modules, ensuring the highest level of system performance and technology excellence to support business objectives and a seamless user experience.
2. Manage and configure SAP SuccessFactors to ensure the system operates efficiently, facilitating streamlined People & Culture processes that enhance productivity and align with organizational needs while providing a smooth, user-friendly experience for employees.
3. Serve as the internal technology consultant for all SAP SuccessFactors-related processes, offering expert technical support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues quickly, promoting technology-driven solutions that elevate employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
4. Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes by utilizing SAP's advanced capabilities to drive automation, workflow digitalization, and process innovation, ensuring efficient, scalable processes that improve People & Culture service delivery and decision-making.
5. Train and support People & Culture team members and other users on SAP functionality, fostering a culture of technological proficiency and equipping users with the knowledge and tools to leverage the system for an enhanced employee experience and process optimization.
6. Stay updated on SAP enhancements and emerging HR technologies to keep the organization on the cutting edge of HR digital transformation, ensuring the adoption of innovative tools that drive efficiency, improve employee engagement, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, social science, or a related field.
RELATED EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-5 years of related experience in administering HRIS (SAP) modules.
- Awareness of HRIS capabilities, process improvement activity, and common processes related to all aspect of HR disciplines.
