RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching & Learning

• Undertake teaching and teaching-related duties such as designing, preparing, and developing teaching materials; conducting classes/lectures, tutorials, and practicals; consulting with students; invigilating; marking; and assessment.
• Establish and maintain high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet the University’s teaching and learning expectations.

Administration and Other Activities

• Undertake and contribute to administrative responsibilities such as attending departmental meetings, participating in committees, and working groups within the Department, School, and Faculty.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have a minimum Masters in any field in Social Sciences and experience teaching Mata Pelajaran Umum such as Falsafah dan Isu Semasa, Penghayatan Etika dan Peradaban, Kursus Integriti dan Antirasuah, and other MPU modules.
• The candidate also needs to teach Mata Pelajaran Umum and attend the TOT provided by MOHE for new module offers for degree and diploma students.
• They should have a passion for developing a career in administration and handling modules and programs.
• Experience working in the higher education environment and a track record of teaching experience, as well as professional knowledge of curriculum development or a good record of professional experience with evidence of coaching and mentoring and high-quality presentation skills.
• Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating teaching and learning
