JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for open positions within the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, providing exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment analytics, and employer branding initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Conduct research to identify and engage potential candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

  • Support recruitment administration, including updating applicant records, tracking progress, and preparing recruitment reports.

  • Contribute to employer branding activities such as career fairs and campus recruitment events.

  • Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team on projects and ad-hoc initiatives.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Interest and enthusiasm in recruitment, employer branding, and building a career in talent acquisition.
