Intern - Talent Acquisition

JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and assisting with the recruitment process for open positions within the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and employer branding.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews

Conduct research to identify potential candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline

Support the administration of recruitment-related activities, such as tracking applicants and maintaining candidate records
REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and solve problems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
