As the Culture & Employee Experience Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Change & Organisational Effectiveness and the People & Culture team to help bring culture, employee engagement, belonging and workplace experience initiatives to life across Taylor’s campuses and entities.

Role Purpose

To support the planning, coordination, activation and execution of the Great Place to Work (GPTW) movement and employee experience initiatives across Taylor’s Education Group.

Key Responsibilities

GPTW Activations & Events

  • Research best practices
  • Support GPTW Open House and culture roadshows
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and experiences
  • Assist with the setup and planning of dialogue circles and activations
  • Support logistics, scheduling and participant coordination

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Contribute creative ideas for employee engagement initiatives
  • Support wellbeing and belonging campaigns
  • Help build memorable employee experiences

Communications & Storytelling

  • Draft communication content and campaign captions
  • Support ‘Humans of Taylor’s’ storytelling initiatives
  • Coordinate employee stories and engagement materials

Digital & Engagement Support

  • Assist with participation tracking and engagement analytics
  • Support digital engagement tools and QR activations
  • Prepare simple dashboards and reports

Project Coordination

  • Prepare meeting notes and action trackers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Support project timelines and follow-ups

Ideal Background:

Students pursuing Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Communications, Marketing, Business, Event Management, Media & Communications or related disciplines.
