INTERNSHIP PURPOSE

The internship offers the opportunity to contribute to several key projects led by Taylor’s Digital, related to the ODL Masters programmes. The selected candidate will be working on developing content for Research Projects and Dissertation modules. He/she will be involved in the prototyping stage of various content, support the team in daily key tasks related to graphic design, editing, montage, recording, content upload, test completed content, and provide inputs for enhancement.  The role also involves gathering data and information on specific fields to support content creation. The intern will also be trained to support the ODL coordinator in managing students’ enquiries and uploading documents on required platforms. He/she will collaborate with various members of Taylor’s Digital and will report directly to the Head of Quality and Student Experience. 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
-    Participate in brainstorming on content development strategy
-    Drafting of topics, activities, Checkpoints 
-    Support for graphic design, and content editing
-    Creating nano-videos
-    Complete montage and coordinate recording session
-    Assist in uploading content and documents in required platforms
-    Test existing content for enhancement
-    Manage students’ enquiries 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION 
-    A Bachelor's degree in learning design or equivalent.  
-    Experience working in instructional content design or producing e-learning content is a plus
