JOB PURPOSE


The Executive is responsibility to provide customer service to Taylor’s students of Taylor’s Merchandise Shop and be involved with other merchandising initiatives and projects.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS
KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Assist to manage the end-to-end daily operation and customer service of Taylor’s Merchandise Store located at Taylor’s Lakeside which includes sales collection, walk-in customer inquiry, student uniform collection & delivery merchandise to customer.
• Managing Taylor’s Merchandise Store inventory/stocks tracking of items in & out flow, monitoring and re-ordering of premiums and student uniform to control stock hold.
• Ensure on time and efficient receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stocks.
• Responsible updating POS System and day to day tracking of online store payment (ipay88).
• Manage student helpers for Uniform collection week during each cycle intakes.
• Coordinate regular stock checks and 2x annual stock takes together with Asst Manager.
• Undertake any duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Other administrative responsibilities including:
a. Raising PR/PO & ensuring billing (invoice process) documents under A&P plans are booked & process on time within approved budgets
b. Run daily (daily online process and update POS System tally open & closing track)


WORKING HOURS:
o Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm ( inclusive 1hr lunch)

 

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
• SPM holders
• Diploma


RELATED EXPERIENCE
• SPM holder with 2 or 3 years of working experience in retail/related field.
• Diploma & fresh graduates are welcome

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
• Strong in customer service to service front end customers (understand customer needs)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of English language (written & spoken); Mandarin is added advantage
• Able to work with speed and accuracy
• Able to work independently and multi-task
