JOB PURPOSE

 

The Executive is responsible to assist the Head of Programme Management in the operations of the Programme Management unit in fulfilling its roles and objectives for Taylor’s. The uncumbent is to support system matters related to RQA operations, for example: CMS, CURATE, TOPAS, Accredile, and any other systems. 

 

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  1. Create programme Rules Set for Student Intake Standards (SIS).
  2. Support in the review and update of the (SIS).
  3. Research and benchmark entry requirements for new qualifications or updates to current qualifications.
  4. Create knowledge bank for Registry.
  5. Perform the required set up in CMS, Topas, Accredible, and other systems if required.
  6. Investigate root cause of issues in systems and implement solutions.
  7. Implement the processes in the E2E of programme and complementary study application, changes, and cessation.
  8. Support internal and external audit exercises and accreditation visits.
  9. Understand and revise relevant policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in the legislation of business, licenses, and others.
  11. Support the requirements and actions needed by the relevant stakeholders.
  12. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION        

A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.

 

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of experience in education and familiar with university operations in relation to programmes administration. He/she should also have experience of initiating and managing change based on requirements of the regulatory bodies, strategic planning and overseeing the implementation of plans and changes through to positive outcomes.

  • Knowledge of statutory, regulatory and requirements in Higher Education
  • Ability to provide efficient provision of administrative services to support the Registry and its core functions.
  • Ability to work with the team towards achieving strategic objectives of the company.
  • Establish contacts, maintain rapport and relationships with educational institutions, Government Agencies, professional bodies, relevant bodies, or associates.
  • Knowledge of current trends, policy environments and future challenges in higher education.
  • Ability to communicate values and beliefs about the University and its vision in a persuasive and motivating manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills in building and managing networks and relationships, both

       externally and internally.
