The Executive, International Student Recruitment is responsible for the International Sales team of Tian to recruit student to Taylor’s University & Colleges. He/she is accountable for achieving individual and team sales target by managing the International Sales Pipeline. (Lead, Opportunity, Enrolment, VAL, Arrival & Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels.

 

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow Enrolment
• 1. To manage the international student recruitment to recruit student to Taylor's University & Colleges.
• 2. He/She is accountable by managing the International Sales Pipline, which includes all leads and channels.
• 3. To Manage International Agents including recruiting, training, supporting and agent development.
• 4. To plan the recruitment strategies for the region/ countries assigned by the regional director.
• 5. To meet the international recruitment target which set by the management
• 6. To participate in overseas school visits, exhibitions and admission sessions.
• 7. To assist other region if needed
• 8. To process the international student application for admission and visa application

 

WowStudentExperience
• Ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times to new prospective students and parents through all channels.
• Ensure timely responses to all enrolment-related requests by prospective students and parents.

 

Cost Leadership

• Perform outbound and inbound sales engagement while improving individual pipeline conversion, efficiency and productivity.

 

High Performance Organization
• Ensure that all prospective students’ information are accurately maintained and updated in Taylor’s CRM system.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Business Management / Marketing / International Business / Social Science / Psychology or other management-related discipline.

 

Experience
• One to two (1-2) years in counseling role. Sales experience in the education environment is preferred.
Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
