JOB PURPOSE

 

The Executive, International Student Recruitment is responsible for the International Sales team of Tian to recruit student to Taylor’s University & Colleges. He/she is accountable for achieving individual and team sales target by managing the International Sales Pipeline. (Lead, Opportunity, Enrolment, VAL, Arrival & Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels.

 

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Grow

Enrolment

  • Responsible for International Sales and to also support other sales team from other region and International National Sales department if needed, inclusive of assisting in cross-selling of other programmes offered by Taylor’s Higher Education.
  • Accountable for managing own performance in achieving individual and team International Sales Target and Growth by annual and cycle. Target includes Student Registration.
  • Provide comprehensive advice, guidance and information, such as admissions requirements, tuition fees, scholarship and accommodation to prospective and existing students and parents of Taylor’s Higher Education.
  • Ensure that all admission applications offered are reviewed and processed in accordance to guidelines and policies to determine admissions eligibility and follow up with students for missing information/ documents.
  • Follow up with prospective students and parents for sales conversion via various channels.
  • Participate in all enrolment-related events and activities which include Open Days, Enrolment Days and other events organized to attract potential students.

  • Ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times to new prospective students and parents through all channels.
  • Ensure timely responses to all enrolment-related requests by prospective students and parents.

Cost Leadership

  • Perform outbound and inbound sales engagement while improving individual pipeline conversion, efficiency and productivity.

 

 

High Performance Organization

  • Ensure that all prospective students’ information are accurately maintained and updated in Taylor’s CRM system.

* The role may be required to undertake other projects / evolve according to function’s needs or organization’s direction upon the discretion of the Manager.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Business Management / Marketing / International Business / Social Science / Psychology or other management-related discipline.

 

Related Experience

 

  • At least two (2) years of working experience, with one to two (1-2) years in counseling role. Sales experience in the education environment is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
