JOB PURPOSE

 

The Executive Faculty Office for Taylor’s College to support the day-to-day academic operations of the faculty / programme(s), by ensuring timely and accurate data and records are updated. He/ She will also assist to ensure that all daily operations of the faculty are consistent with the College policies and procedures.

 

 

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Advisory services to academics and students on academic and administrative issues; programme requirements, Modules Enrolment, etc
  • Maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency and continual improvement
  • Workload planning coordination
  • Reports generation and data presentation
  • Assist in coordination and monitoring of academics and students statuses
  • Students appeal Investigation and documentation
  • Minutes writing and follow up actions
  • Academic support in updating of attendance, setting meetings etc
  • Prepare documents required for MQA and relevant professional bodies’ visits
  • Investigate and prepare documents all student related cases related to appeals and maintain records of such issues
  • Ensure good relations, and effective and timely communication with students, parents, partners and staff
  • Provide academic related support/advice to the academic leadership team

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

QUALIFICATION

 

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in any fields

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE

 

  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution
