JOB PURPOSE
The Executive Faculty Office for Taylor’s College to support the day-to-day academic operations of the faculty / programme(s), by ensuring timely and accurate data and records are updated. He/ She will also assist to ensure that all daily operations of the faculty are consistent with the College policies and procedures.
KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advisory services to academics and students on academic and administrative issues; programme requirements, Modules Enrolment, etc
- Maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency and continual improvement
- Workload planning coordination
- Reports generation and data presentation
- Assist in coordination and monitoring of academics and students statuses
- Students appeal Investigation and documentation
- Minutes writing and follow up actions
- Academic support in updating of attendance, setting meetings etc
- Prepare documents required for MQA and relevant professional bodies’ visits
- Investigate and prepare documents all student related cases related to appeals and maintain records of such issues
- Ensure good relations, and effective and timely communication with students, parents, partners and staff
- Provide academic related support/advice to the academic leadership team
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATION
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in any fields
RELATED EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution

- Good in operational and administrative skills

- Complete tasks under tight schedules and deadlines
- Proficient in computerised student information systems and database management and generic office computer software
