JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to join our People & Strategy team as the Head of Workforce Strategy & Talent Intelligence. In this high-impact role, you will lead the design and execution of our global workforce strategy, integrating internal and external talent intelligence to drive informed decisions on hiring, location expansion, skills development, and productivity. You will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership across People, Workforce Plans, Operations, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work within our organization.
 

KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Workforce Strategy & Planning
● Lead the development of workforce planning frameworks aligned to evolving business goals, skill requirements, and growth strategies.
● Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and Business leaders to model future-state workforce needs and inform headcount planning, location strategy, and broader workforce landscape transitions.


Talent Intelligence & External Insights
● Build and embed high-impact workforce planning capabilities delivering labor market analytics, competitor benchmarking, and location strategy insights using tools such as LinkedIn

Talent Insights

● Design and deliver dashboards, predictive models, and strategic reports that drive talent acquisition, mobility, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
Strategic Business Partnering
● Serve as an advisor to senior business and People & Culture leaders on strategic workforce decisions, talent investments, and organizational design challenges.
● Translate complex data into compelling narratives to influence talent-related decisions across regions and functions.

 

AI & Analytics-Enabled Solutions
● Develop and implement AI-powered productivity and skills-based planning models to optimize teams’ performance and capacity planning.
● Partner with ICT to build internal platforms, dashboards, and tools that enable workforce visibility and talent foresight.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:

● 12+ years of experience in workforce planning, talent intelligence, business analytics, or strategic HR roles, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
● Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy through data, insights, and workforce models.
● Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc.
● Strong understanding of labor market dynamics, location strategy, and global talent trends.
● Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and delivering global programs
