JOB SUMMARY

The Creative Manager, reporting to the Digital, Technology, and Content department, holds a pivotal leadership role within the Creative team. Responsible for leading and supervising all aspects of creative development, including design, motion graphics, illustrations, post-production, and animation. Collaborates closely with the Head of Creative Content to drive creative strategies aligned with departmental objectives, ensuring continuous innovation and awareness of emerging trends in the creative space.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the creative team responsible for design, motion graphics, illustrations, post-production, and animation
  • Partner with the Content Manager to execute creative strategies in alignment with departmental goals
  • Oversee the conceptualization and production of various creative assets to support brand objectives
  • Monitor and analyse creative performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion-related elements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative elements into content strategies
  • Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for all creative projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in visual communication, design, animation, and post-production

 

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or related fields.

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE

Preferably 8 to 12 yearspti of progressive experience in overseeing design, motion graphics, illustrations, post-production, animation, or similar roles

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in design, motion graphics, illustrations, post-production, and animation processes
  • Ability to develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong project management abilities, including budget and timeline management
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the creative field
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

 

Note: The Creative Manager is a leadership position crucial for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Creative team
