JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Content Producer is a key contributor to the content team, reporting directly to the Content Lead and Content Manager. In this role, the Senior Content Producer takes a hands-on approach to content creation while leveraging their experience to support and enhance the team's overall performance. Responsibilities include overseeing the content creation process, collaborating with junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content aligned with the organization's goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversea the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, conceptualization, and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals
• Collaborate with and guide junior team members, leveraging expertise to mentor and enhance their content creation skills
• Ensure all produced content aligns with the organization's brand standards, direction, and strategy
• Assist in budget management by sourcing cost estimates, and quotations, and actively monitoring budgets to optimize resource utilization
• Collaborate effectively with other teams, contributing to the development of content ideas that support broader business objectives
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative and fresh ideas to the team
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Content Lead and Content Manager to contribute to the overall success of the content team

MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Broadcasting, Advertising, Film and Television, or related field

RELATED EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 7-10 years in the field of content creation, media production, and social media content development or relevant fields

• Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere or similar)
