Business Analyst Intern

Taylor’s Education Group is moving towards an integrated design, where we focus on group synergy for growth, expansion, digital enablement, and operating model redesign. The Strategy & Transformation Office serves as the Nerve Center to ensure the successful strategy development & the implementation of the strategy across the group.
We are looking for someone who thinks in structures, asks sharp questions, and wants to learn how real strategy is built — not just studied. This role is designed as an apprenticeship into highlevel strategy work.
JOB PURPOSE
To support strategy development, transformation design & implementation, and support executive decision-making through structured analysis, modeling, and problem-solving. You will not just “prepare slides.” You will learn how to frame problems and build recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Analysis
• Conduct market sizing and competitive benchmarking
• Support team leaders in engagements with key stakeholders and external experts for insights
• Build structured analyses to support strategic options
2. Transformation Support
• Track performance across workstreams
• Identify risks and bottlenecks
• Support performance reporting to leadership
3. Executive Communication
• Develop structured presentation decks
• Translate complex data into clear insights
• Support leadership workshops and discussions
4. AI-Enabled Productivity
• Use AI tools to improve research, modeling, and slide development efficiency
• Experiment with AI-assisted analysis
• Identify ways to automate low-value tasks
