Assistant Manager - International Student Recruitment

Assistant Manager – International Student Recruitment is responsible to manage the international student recruitment team to recruit students to Taylor’s University & college. He/She is accountable by managing the international Sales Pipeline, which includes all the leads and channels from opportunity, enrolment, EVAL, Arrival & Registration.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Grow Enrolment
- Responsible for assist international sales in Middle East Region and to support other sales teams from other region international sales department if needed, inclusive of assisting of cross-selling of other programmes offered by Taylor’s higher education
- Accountable for managing team’s performance in achieving individual and team international sales target and growth by annual and cycle. Target includes student registration
- Co-develop sales/enrolment strategies with director and operationalize the business plans
- Ensure that all admission applications offered are reviewed and processed in accordance to guidelines and policies to determine admissions eligibility and follow up with students for missing information and documents
- Ensure timely responses of all enrolment-related requests by prospective students and parents
- Perform outbound and inbound sales engagement while improving individual pipeline conversion, efficiency and productivity
- Build strong agent relationship and enable to support agent management and recruitment
- Assist in market intelligence and information gathering of competitors offerings
- Participate in all enrolment related events and activities which include open days, enrolment days and other events organized to attract potential students
- Ensure that all prospective students’ information are accurately maintained and updated in system
2. Excellence Student Experience
- To always provide excellent customer service to new prospective students and parents
- Handle complain and solve student problem and manage customer relationship effectively
3. High Performance Organizations
- Manage and cultivate sales-driven culture within the team through recruitment and coaching of potential talents in collaboration with Sales Trainer
- Manage sales strategies and business plans with the team and relevant stakeholders with clear roles and responsibilities
- Ensure that all prospective students’ information is accurately maintained and updated in Taylor’s CRM system
- Coordinate meetings, staffing requirements and staff briefings
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time
4. Cost leadership
- Optimize the process efficiency and productivity of the international sales team
- Assist in producing relevant report as requested
- Responsible on the ROI and revenue as per the target overseas trip/event
- Responsible that the annual enrolment and registered target are achieved for the region
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Possess a recognized degree in Business Management/Marketing/ International Business or other management-related discipline
RELATED EXPERIENCE
More than two years of working experience, sales experience in education environment

- Possess leadership and people management skills
- Familiar with higher education products customer profiling and competitor profiling
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all phases of Strong business acumen, Strategic and Sales planning capabilities
- Knowledge on ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing and Feeder School Marketing & branding approaches
- Knowledge and skills in using computer software such as Microsoft software applications
