The Analyst of the Office of Admissions assists the Manager in managing stakeholder(s), and contributes to the enhancement, coordination and administration of admissions-related operational matters for both the University and the College, by analyzing the current data and future projection. This assistance is provided to the stakeholder(s) while ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures established by the institutions.  

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist the Manager in stakeholder(s) management which include but is not limited to, administering the daily operations, and implementing productivity standards that concerning the stakeholder(s).
  • To update the Manager on operational progression on periodically basis, with the analysis of current data.
  • To be familiar with the set policies, process flow, admissions-related system behaviours and provide appropriate advice and information to stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • To assist the Manager in completing other operational tasks, in accordance to the set policies and procedures.
  • To plan and execute the flow of work within or between internal departments or external stakeholders in timely and smooth manner.
  • To propose idea, strategize, planning, and to carry out projects or initiatives which is relevant to the improvement of operational tasks processes and student experiences.
  • To process any types of application that fall within the department’s jurisdiction, including but not limited to offer and acceptance, qualification evaluation and assessment, credit transfer / credit exemption, conversion of conditional offers, in accordance to policies and procedures.
  • To prepare a referencing document in storing all the precedent operational cases, for team’s future reference, as well as for other stakeholders’ reference.
  • To assist the Manager in developing and maintaining document control processes for the efficient management and recording for audit purpose.
  • To work well as a team player in completing all the operational tasks assigned, by communicating among the team members, supporting and guiding each other.
  • To undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE

At least five (5) year of working experience, preferably in the educational industry.
