Financial System Administrator

Responsible for managing the Group’s financial system administrative function.


System administration

  • Chart of Accounts, accounting periods maintenance.
  • Shared folder access maintenance.
  • User access creation and maintenance.
  • Sage enhancement project coordination with vendor.
  • Update claim and cash advance cut off schedule.
  • Coordinate with other finance teams on necessary information to complete the necessary administrative function.
  • Other administrative support to Sage and Concur.



  • To assist in new financial system implementation project.
  • To assist in any other ad-hoc projects/requests assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Identify process improvement in areas which might be exposed to high financial risk.



  • Possesses a degree in Finance or Accounting/IT.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of Sage 300 or Sage ERP
  • Working knowledge of SAP Concur
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge in SAP S4HANA or Oracle Fusion ERP will be added advantage.
  • Good understanding of financial systems & processes.
  • Strong command in spoken and written English.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, analytical, attentive to details
  • Committed and reliable.
  • Forward thinking, good team spirit.
