Admissions Executive

Taylor's International School (KL) Sdn Bhd

The Admissions Executive represents the School to prospective parents, students and other individuals or organizations involved in the School selection process.  He/She is responsible to provide information, advice, and guidance on admission requirements.  In addition, he/she is also responsible for the various functions in carrying out effective admission duties.



  • To handle all enquiries via telephone and walk in from parents and potential parents. 
  • To manage all website and admissions e-mail enquiries.
  • To prepare, collect and record required information into the student management system.
  • To manage all matters pertaining to scholarship
  • To manage matters pertaining to new student entry.
  • To handle correspondences and recording pertaining to students’ admissions, students’ withdrawal and parents’ enquiries
  • To prepare and submit weekly and monthly student enrolment reports to the Principal, HOS and School Management
  • To manage all medical insurance claims
  • To assist in students’ claims
  • Prepare quarterly reports to the insurance company
  • To be back person for student services
  • To be back up person to manage placement tests
  • To be back up person for data entry in student management system
  • To assist in any other matters required by the Admissions Manager and Principal   

● Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education industry
● Experience working in a school environment is an added advantage
● Knowledge of and skills in using computer software e.g. Microsoft software applications
● Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques and standards
● Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of students and offer appropriate solutions
● Ability to work with minimal supervision
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably
with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner
● Possess a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
● Possess good planning, organising, coordinating, presentation and time management
● Creative, resourceful, customer focused, self motivated and results oriented
● Has a strong sense of responsibility
● Good team player and flexible
● Courteous, calm and focused
● People oriented with warm and cheerful personality

● Professional appearance and good working attitude

● Pro-active, mature and emotionally stable

● Willing to work beyond normal working hours
